My photographic journey is like collecting shells on a beach. Shells are common but they can be found of different type, color and shape. Some are perfect, intact, others may be broken but still attracting. I often photograph normal places to unveil their hidden beauty made of symmetries, balanced shapes, complementary colors. I shoot regularly with cheap toycameras like Holga because they are free of any control and they allow me to look at the subject with my emotional side, quitting the rational one that asks: “Is it worth pressing the button?”

Oh, yes, it’s always worth doing it!
